We have just finished out first honey extraction of the season. This batch is a beautiful rich honey, full of nectar from tea tree, blackberry, St. Johns Wart, Patterson's curse, Eucalyptus, mustard weed, dandelion, native raspberry, and black thorn.
The honey is available in 250g jars, and is fresh from the comb, with no heat treatment.
